How to Download Your Purchased Files

After completing your purchase, you will immediately see a confirmation screen containing your license key and a link to the download page. Use that key to unlock your files and download them—each download link allows up to 3 access attempts.

How to Redeem Your License Key

Every product requires a valid license key to access its files. Simply open the link shown after purchase, enter your license key, and you’ll gain access to the download area for your asset pack.

Adding Your License to Your Andersta Account

For unlimited access, we strongly recommend linking your purchased assets to your Andersta Studios account. Simply log in at andersta.net, navigate to My Library, and enter your license key. Once added, you will have:

Permanent access to download your files
No download attempt limits
Immediate access to all future updates
Your full collection stored in one place

Installation Tips & Best Practices

Asset packs are typically delivered as ZIP archives. Extract the files, then import them into your UE5 project through the Content Browser. Always check for updates in your My Library section to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of Unreal Engine.
