Learn how invoices are generated, where to download them, and how billing information works when purchasing Andersta Studios assets through Lemon Squeezy.
How are invoices generated?
All purchases made through our store are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy. Once your payment is completed, Lemon Squeezy automatically generates a legally compliant invoice.
- Your invoice is created instantly after a successful payment.
- A copy is emailed to the address you used during checkout.
- The invoice includes product details, price, VAT/taxes, and payment method.
Where can I download my invoices?
You can download your invoices in two ways:
1. From your email
Lemon Squeezy sends an email immediately after your purchase. It contains a direct link to view or download the invoice as a PDF.
2. From your Andersta Studios account
If you activated your product key inside your My Library, the purchase will be visible in your account.
However, invoices themselves remain hosted on Lemon Squeezy.
Each product in your library includes a link called:
"View Invoice" (if available).
VAT, Tax & Billing Details
Lemon Squeezy automatically handles tax calculation based on your country and local regulations. VAT, GST, or sales tax will be applied if required by law.
- Business information entered at checkout appears on your invoice.
- You can include your company name, VAT ID, or billing address.
- All invoices meet international compliance requirements.
Didn't receive your invoice?
If you did not receive your invoice email, here are the most common reasons:
- The email accidentally went to your spam/junk folder.
- You mistyped your email address during checkout.
- Your payment is still pending or being processed.
If you still cannot locate your invoice, contact us with your order ID and we will be happy to assist.
