Learn how purchases work on Andersta Studios, where to find your invoices, how Lemon Squeezy processes payments, and how to access your past orders.

How Purchases Are Processed

All purchases made on Andersta Studios are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy, our official merchant of record. This ensures safe payment handling, VAT compliance, and globally supported checkout.

When you purchase an asset through the on-page checkout modal:

The Lemon Squeezy checkout window opens directly on the product page.
You complete your payment securely within the modal.
Your order is instantly verified and registered to your email.
Your license key and download link are displayed immediately after payment.

Downloading Assets After Purchase

Once your payment is successful, you will immediately see:

• Your license key • A download button for the product files • A link to open the download page (valid for up to 3 access attempts)

To ensure lifetime access, log into your Andersta Studios account and add your license key to My Library. Once the product is attached to your profile, you will be able to access all future updates and download the files as many times as you need.

Accessing Your Purchase History

If you have an Andersta Studios account, all products you activate using their license keys will appear under My Library.

Lemon Squeezy also provides a purchase receipt via email for every completed order. This email includes:

Your invoice and VAT details
Your license key
Your product download link
Your order reference number

How Invoices Work

Every order generates an official invoice issued by Lemon Squeezy. This invoice is automatically emailed to you and includes:

Order ID and purchase date
Product name and price
Applied tax and VAT information
Payment method used
Billing address (if provided during checkout)

If you need a business invoice or special tax formatting, enter your billing details during checkout — Lemon Squeezy automatically includes them in your receipt.

Lost Your Purchase Email?

If you can't find your purchase confirmation email, check your spam folder or search for:
"Lemon Squeezy" or "Andersta Studios".

Still can't find it? Contact us and include your email used during checkout — we’ll resend your license key and invoice.
