Learn where your files become available after completing a purchase, how to claim your license key, and how to access all your assets through your Andersta Studios account.
After completing your purchase, your downloadable files become available immediately. You can access them in several ways, depending on what is most convenient for you.
1. Download files from the purchase confirmation screen
Right after checkout, you’ll see a confirmation window showing:
- Your license key
- A direct link to the download page
- All included files for your purchased product
2. Files sent to your email
A copy of your license key, invoice, and a secure link to your download page will be sent to the email address used during checkout. These links allow up to 3 download attempts for security reasons.
3. Permanent access through your Andersta Studios account
For unlimited access, we strongly recommend adding your license key to your account:
- Log in to your Andersta Studios account
- Go to My Library
- Enter your license key to link the product to your profile
Once added, you receive lifetime access to all future updates, patches, and new file versions — with unlimited downloads, anytime.
